When does the hotel open?

We are now open! Please come enjoy a stay in the country.

What are the room rates and package rates?

Room rates will range from $199 per night (Sunday-Thursday), for a King room, to $349 (for a Deluxe Double-Queen) on a weekend. Suites are extra. These prices may change depending on availability and other factors.

I'm a wine club member, do I get a deal?

Yes. Your member benefits are 1) 20% off room rates on weekdays and 10% off weekends. 2) 20% off wine and 3) 10% off food and beverage. You must be a member in good standing at the time of your reservation and check-in. The discount applies to your room only.

When is the best time to come?

Mid-week is the going to be the best value for everyone, especially Wine Club Members who receive a 20% discount.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in. If you are a wine club member in good standing you may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in time.

Do you offer a Triple A discount?

We do offer a 10% AAA discount Sun-Thu. Discounts are not cumulative.

What about a Resort Fee?

We know you hate resort fees, and so do we. There are no resort fees at Ponte.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, there's a two night minimum for Saturday stays: Either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.

I want to have my wedding or special occasion at the hotel. What should I do?

Please call Special Events at 951-694-9444, seven days, 9 am to 5 pm.

Is there a person limit per room?

Yes, our Kings and Double Queens rooms are double occupancy only. Our Deluxe Double Queen Rooms, Double Queen Suites and Grand Suites can sleep up to four guests.

Is there a parking fee? Do you offer valet parking?

Parking is free. We have valet parking Friday evening through Sunday noon.

Do you offer a laundry service or area?

We offer an outside laundry service with 24-hour turn around, and also a guest accessible washer and dryer on property.

Do you offer Room Service?

We do not offer traditional room service, although we do deliver our breakfast baskets to your room.

Do you offer a Fitness Room?

Yes, we do. We have cardio machines and free weights.

What is your smoking policy?

We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms or public areas, including our gardens. We have two designated outdoor smoking areas: One in front by the parking lot and one in back by the pond.

Do you have a pool or spa?

We don't. We have a starry sky, a pond and lots of peace and quiet.

Do you have a full bar?

We do. It's downstairs in the Cellar. We also serve wine and spirits in our garden.

Can I bring the kids?

Yes. However, there's no pool or playground, no video games, or game room. The kids might get bored (and drive you crazy). Why not enjoy your relaxing time here and let the kids bond with the grandparents at home?

What about pets?

We welcome your furry friend in one of our 4 pet-friendly rooms as long as it weighs less than 40 lbs. and you sign and abide by our pet policy.
